Description
This box contains photographs and drawings of wildlife created by Richarch P. Grossenheider. Grossenheider is considered by many to be the finest painter of mammals in the United States. He worked at the St. Louis Zoo painting backgrounds for animal cages. He had also worked with scientists in order to product drawings and photographs for books and magazines. He died in 1975.
